Return & Refund Policy
You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to return an item, we'll complete a refund for you once we receive it back at our warehouse. We need to know the Delivery Note number that your return is related to.
All returned products should be returned in their original condition. In the unlikely event that an item is in an unsuitable condition, we will not accept the return.
You can drop off your return at any one of our shops or at our office in Mriehel.
If you would prefer to exchange the item with another product, please contact us via email at email@example.com before returning the product with the Name/Barcode of the item/s that you would like to replace it with. We will prepare the replacement order for you to collect when you drop off the return at your preferred Butlers outlet or Miller Office. Website Returns cannot be exchanged with products from our outlets.
If you prefer not to exchange the item, and you return your order within 14 days of receiving it, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 30 working days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
