More and more coffee lovers and connoisseurs are getting involved in making coffee by hand in a traditional porcelain filter: first some ground coffee in the paper filter with some boiling water. Then slowly add water to the ground coffee in a circular motion, starting from the center. The water should not directly hit the paper filter and should remain about 1 cm above the ground coffee. Now, mix carefully and let the water run through the filter. Add water as often as needed and repeat the above steps – soon, you’ll be ready to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The traditional coffee filter comes in two sizes.
